Create your own return labels

There may be an instance where you are in possession of a reusable item like a trade show banner that needs to ship back to Ghost Ship so we can warehouse it for future use. Or a client/prospect has requested that they return an unneeded item from a shipment you sent them.
Using our automated return portal allows you to generate a return label PDF that you can print or download for immediate use. And this uses Ghost Ship's shipping account so there is no charge to you or your client/prospect. Here's how to generate a label using this automated system:
Step 1:
Visit the return portal linked here.
Step 2:
Enter the order # followed by the corresponding zip code for the recipient on the order. Click Look up order.
Step 3:
Check the box next to the item(s) that you’d like to return. Choose a Return Reason from the dropdown menu for each item that’s being returned. Click Submit Request.
Step 4:
Your return label has been successfully created. Click Print Return Label to either print or save it as a PDF to send via email.
